A Primary REALTOR® pays local, state and national dues through this Board and considers GCAR their primary Association of REALTORS®.
Application fees
New Office Setup – Managing/Employing broker (Responsible Party per DORA) must complete all new office applications. Associate Brokers are not eligible to add new offices. If your office is not found as you enter your information below, please do not proceed with this application and contact GCAR staff for assistance at 970-887-9588.

$250 SentriLock Subscriber (optional service can be added at anytime)
Application fees are one-time as long as you remain an active member.
Monthly Fees
MLS Subscriber $50/month - billed on the 1st of each month
SentriLock Subscriber $15/month - billed on the 1st of each month
Dues
Annual Dues are collected when you join, then billed annually. Grand County REALTORS® collect your dues on behalf of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR). Dues are prorated based on the month you join. Please contact staff to learn more about the dues owed.
