Unlicensed Assistant/Admin

Instructions

Unlicensed assistants/admins who will assist a GCAR MLS subscriber and needs access to the MLS. You must select both Unlicensed Assistant and MLS Assistant Subscriber to submit a complete application. A credit card can be submitted at time of application, the card will not be charged until the application is approved. Unlicensed assistant/admin must complete MLS Orientation within 60 days of acceptance. It is recommended the Orientation be completed within 10 days.

GCAR MLS Subscribers cannot share their login with anyone, including their assistant/admin.
Assistants will only be connected to an existing MLS Subscriber(s).
Licensed assistants and/or transaction coordinators must join as a full MLS Subscriber and hold active REALTOR® membership with an association (GCAR or elsewhere).
SentriLock is optional and assistants/admins are limited to access the same existing MLS Subscriber only.
