The “NAR Code of Ethics Requirement” triennial Cycle 8 begins on January 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2027. Our members need it and frankly the more good training we take, the better REALTOR® we are. As we’ve done in the past this is a fundraiser for the REALTORS® Relief Foundation. A personal goal is to get to a hundred thousand dollars raised to help our communities in times of need while we make ethics training fun and relatable to every member so that the public will understand what makes a professional REALTOR® different. 

What we’re gonna do is go through not just one or two or four of our articles. We’re going to go through all 17, including all the updates to article 10-5. We talk about case studies and what’s happened with actual REALTORS® and the actual public. Includes a very robust conversation in our Facebook group which is monitored by other Code of Ethics panel so that we can make one another stronger. You’re members are gonna walk away from this class with a better understanding of how they can put the Code of Ethics to work in their day-to-day business to help their community understand the value of a professional REALTOR® and how they are different than their competitors. I’m going to give them tools to use in their listing presentation and the strength to go forward in their community providing a different level of real estate service.
