The Board of Directors is calling a special meeting of the Grand County Association of REALTORS® Primary and Secondary members. This meeting is intended to provide you with an opportunity to ask questions related to the motion to amend the GCAR Bylaws to allow nonmember access to the MLS. Nonmembers are Colorado real estate licensees who are not members of a REALTOR® association. The Association Bylaws and MLS Rules & Regulations will be amended to allow for and ensure that, even if an MLS Subscriber is not a REALTOR®, they are held to the same standards as other subscribers.
